FinovateFall

Overview

In partnership with Informa, ConnectMe by Totem was proud to host FinovateFall, a cutting edge Fintech event, run as a hybrid experience. Throughout 4 days, the Marriott in Times Square, in the world’s financial capital saw the return to physical events. Across 15 stages and with more than 1000 presentations, FinovateFall joined leading industry experts with Demoing companies showcasing their products – the Totem team worked closely with the F2F and digital teams running the event, from remote managing the AV team to troubleshooting for both virtual and physical attendees.

The Totem Platform was able to join together virtual and physical attendees in delivering this new hybrid model and joined people across timezones and world wide locations. The Platform also proved to be a valuable asset for more than 100 exhibitors & demoers who had the opportunity to showcase their products and ideas in both virtual and physical format.

With more than 1000 attendees on site using the ConnectMe app to network, engage and ask questions, FinovateFall in partnership with ConnectMe was a true and safe return to physical – catering to the eager to go back on site whilst still delivering a unique virtual experience for the ones who could not physically attend.
